//Projects, writing and research 2007-2018

I studied Animation at Norwich School of Art & Design (2000-03) and the Royal College of Art (2005-07). Between 2007-2018 I presented my work in galleries and artist-led spaces across the UK, Europe and the US; and in moving-image festivals internationally. I was selected for residencies in the UK and France; and had two solo shows (2009 and 2011) at Stone Squid Experimental Art Space in Hastings, UK. In 2011, I was commissioned by Artsadmin to create a permanent lightbox installation for the Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green. In 2008, I received a Wellcome Trust Arts Award in collaboration with sound designer Tom Simmons and neuroscientist Hugo Spiers for the exhibition project Pattern Completion. Alongside my art practice I have worked as a designer, photographer, writer and editor for arts organisations including Collyer Bristow Gallery (2016-2020); Zeitgeist Arts Projects (2012-2015), 1000 Words Magazine (2015-2019); and a-n The Artists Information Company (2010-2018).
