The forum is open to anyone wishing to discuss the decentred & webjam projects & inform wider conceptual, theoretical, practical & technical discourses. The forum is open for posting now & will be fully launched on Thursday 22nd July 2004, with a one hour debate forum involving many of the featured artists.
